Order Hub
Book an order with several loads, each with its own freight rate, fuel surcharge and PO number. The surcharge can be a percentage, per mile or a flat rate. One record carries the work from booking to invoice, moving from Pending to In Transit, Delivered, Invoice Generated and Paid as the work happens.
Load Board
See the live status of every load, from pickup planned through on board, yard moves and on dock to delivery complete. What is moving, stuck or running late is clear at a glance.
Trip Manager
Build each trip as steps: hook, pick up, cross the border, deliver, release. Assign drivers and trucks to plan multi-stop and multi-load trips. One trip can carry several loads, and one load can be carried across several trips.
Automatic Status Updates
Finishing a step updates the load, the order and the equipment. Drivers, trailers and statuses stay interlinked, so nobody chases a status by hand.
Contract Manager
Hand a move to another carrier at a flat rate and the payable is created automatically. Carrier profiles keep insurance expiry dates and documents, and brokered and asset loads live in one system.

Driver Payroll
Pay drivers the way you actually pay them
Pay is calculated from the trips that were completed, so you know what you owe, and why, before the pay run.
Pay Schedules and Pay Types
Set your pay schedule and choose from seven pay types: per mile, partial miles, hourly, flat, percent of revenue, extra pickup and extra delivery. Completed trips feed each pay period, and closing a period locks it.
Driver Types and Owner-Operator Pay
Pay company drivers, owner-operators and contractors. For owner-operators, pay a percent of revenue, apply the driver's tax percent and override rates where a deal calls for it. Pay can go to the driver, the truck owner or both.
Recurring Additions and Deductions
Set standing additions and deductions, such as insurance, an equipment lease or an advance. They apply every pay period, either indefinitely or until a set total is reached.
Fuel Cost Recovery
Matched fuel card charges become payroll deductions in one click, so fuel the company paid for comes back through driver pay.
Pay Stubs
Produce pay stubs as PDFs or email them straight to drivers.

How It Works
From order to profit in eight steps
One load, followed from the first call to the last pay stub.
Book the order
Enter the order with its loads, PO number and rates in the Order Hub. Dispatch sees it on the Load Board straight away.
Plan the move
Build a trip in the Trip Manager with your drivers and trucks, or hand the load to an outside carrier in the Contract Manager.
Run the trip
The driver works through each step in the mobile app, or dispatch updates it. The BOL and POD are photographed and reach the office right away.
Clear the border
For loads crossing between the US and Canada, customs clearance and PAPS or PARS numbers are tracked on the load.
Invoice the customer
The delivered order is invoiced with a complete document packet and emailed to the customer.
Sync to QuickBooks
The invoice and its payment flow into QuickBooks without re-keying.
Pay your drivers
